About the event
The official kick-off of the 2019 Cal Ripken Pacific Southwest Regional Tournament! Beginning with the Parade of Teams, the Babe Ruth Field of the Ashley Valley Ballpark becomes the stage for the Opening Ceremony Celebration. Following the Ceremony, the night continues with the Team Skills Competition. Before official tournament play begins, teams will participate in 3 different Skills Competitions. Coaches will receive the line-ups for the Skills Competition during their scheduled Check-In time.
The Opening Ceremony will begin directly following the BBQ on the Major League Field.
